Diverse teams aren’t just smarter, they are faster too
I recently ran across this recent HBR article and thought it was worth sharing. I consistently speak on and coach around the power of thought diversity to inspire creativity and innovation. I am a firm believer in ‘diverse by design’ teams and coaching for safe environments where opposing views thrive productively. I love how this article proves the benefit of this and explores what makes it easy to overlook or even cultural barriers that can often inhibit this ‘secret sauce’ from doing its thing.
